GrapheneOS is a privacy and security-focused mobile operating system based on Android that enhances the privacy and security of the upstream Android Open Source Project. It provides:

We sell Google Pixel smartphones that have been professionally flashed with GrapheneOS. Our current inventory includes:

All devices are sourced from reputable suppliers and thoroughly tested before sale. Availability of specific models varies — see our product catalogue for live stock and pricing.

Already own a Pixel? Our flashing service covers a wider range of models (Pixel 6a through the Pixel 10 family) — we flash your own device so you don't need to buy new.

We offer devices in various conditions to suit different budgets:

• Excellent: Like new, no visible signs of use
• Good: Minimal signs of use, fully functional
• Fair: Visible wear but fully functional with good battery

All devices come with a 12-month warranty regardless of condition.

Yes! GrapheneOS includes sandboxed Google Play as an optional feature. This allows you to:

• Install and use apps from the Play Store
• Run Google Play in a sandbox, isolated from your core system
• Grant minimal permissions to apps
• Use F-Droid or other app stores alongside

You can also choose to not use Google Play at all and use only open-source app stores like F-Droid.

Yes, GrapheneOS works with all major carriers worldwide. However, please note:

• All Pixel devices are unlocked and carrier-neutral
• Voice calls, SMS, and mobile data work on all GSM/LTE networks
• Wi-Fi calling and VoLTE depend on carrier support
• CDMA networks (like some in the US) are not supported

Delivery times and costs by destination:

• UK: Next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery (£20.45, fully insured)
• Europe: 3-5 days via Royal International Tracked (£13.95)
• Rest of World: 6-7 days via Royal International Tracked (£13.95)

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation (orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day), so allow for this in addition to the delivery time above. See our Shipping Information page for more details.

Yes, we ship worldwide via Royal International Tracked (£13.95) — fully tracked, 3-5 days within Europe or 6-7 days to the rest of the world.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply. Customs processing may also add 1-5 days to delivery times.

We cannot ship to countries under UK/US sanctions, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

Yes! All orders include tracking at no additional cost. You will receive:

• Order confirmation email with order details
• Shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
• Email updates as your order progresses (shipped, delivered, and other status changes)

For live parcel updates, use your tracking number on the Royal Mail website — tracking is provided by Royal Mail, so their site has the most up-to-date scan information. You can also see your order's status on your order history page.

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they ship. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned following our refund policy.

To cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@graphene-security.com.

We offer a 28-day return policy for most items. The 28-day policy covers hardware purchases; the mail-in Flashing Service is refundable in full before flashing begins (minus return shipping if the device cannot be flashed) and the service fee is non-refundable once flashing has started. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• In original packaging
• Unopened and unused (for sealed items)

All devices come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering:

• Hardware malfunctions under normal use
• Component failures not caused by damage

The warranty does not cover physical damage, water exposure, software modifications after purchase, or unauthorized repairs.

If you experience any issues with your device, please contact us immediately:

• Describe the issue in detail
• Include photos or videos if applicable
• Provide your order number

We'll work with you to troubleshoot, repair, or replace the device as appropriate.

We accept PayPal for all payments:

• PayPal balance, linked bank account, or linked card
• No PayPal account? PayPal's own checkout offers a guest "pay by debit/credit card" option where available

All transactions are processed over an SSL encrypted checkout.

Absolutely. We take security seriously:

• All payments are processed by PayPal over encrypted TLS connections
• We never see or store your card details — PayPal handles all payment data
• No account required: you can check out as a guest via PayPal

GrapheneOS provides seamless over-the-air (OTA) updates. Your device will notify you when updates are available. Updates include:

• GrapheneOS version updates

Updates are signed and verified automatically. No manual intervention required.

Yes, you can flash the stock Google Pixel firmware if desired. However, please note:

• This will void your warranty with us
• It requires technical knowledge and the right tools
• You'll need to unlock the bootloader again (this wipes data)

We don't recommend this as you'll lose all the privacy and security benefits of GrapheneOS.
